02 · Regulatory & documentation

The paperwork that clears customs.

Shipments are held at borders for missing legalisation far more often than for product problems. We assemble the document pack as part of the order and confirm the destination's specific requirements before goods are booked.

For customers filing a new registration, we coordinate dossier documents from the manufacturer in the format your authority expects, including CTD modules where the site supports them.

If you hold or intend to hold the registration in your market, we place production at an approved manufacturer and manage the process end to end: formulation selection, pack development, artwork approval, regulatory text review against local labelling rules, and pre-shipment inspection.

Minimum order quantities and development timelines vary by dosage form. Tablets and capsules are usually the fastest route; injectables and inhalation products take considerably longer.
